By registering with MH Legacy Shipping, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions published on our website and displayed.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Importer”) and MH Legacy Shipping (“the Company”). By accessing our website and/or using our services, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
MH Legacy Shipping provides:
Air freight shipping
Sea freight shipping
International shipping to Jamaica
Upon registration, you will receive a shipping address accessible through your account on our website or mobile application.
All content and information on this website are the property of MH Legacy Shipping.
The Company reserves the right to hold any package that has not been fully paid for.
An invoice is required for all packages to ensure fair and accurate billing.
Customers have the right to inspect their packages before leaving the Company’s premises.
Customers have the right to request information regarding their shipments.
A claim may be filed only if:
The package was received and logged into our warehouse system from the merchant’s local carrier.
The package was physically received at our warehouse in Florida or Jamaica.
If a package shows “delivered” by a merchant but does not appear in our system, the customer must contact the merchant directly. MH Legacy Shipping will not be held liable for packages not recorded in our warehouse system.
If a package is delivered to us sealed and later found to contain missing or empty items, the Company will not be held liable.
Once a package is handed over to the customer without issue, MH Legacy Shipping is no longer responsible.
Packages not collected within 2 weeks are subject to storage fees of $200 or more per day.
Packages left uncollected after 30 days may be sold to recover incurred costs.
Damages will only be covered if:
The package was received in good condition at our facility.
The damage occurred while in our care.
If sea freight is required, customers must clearly inform the representative through official communication channels.
If no instruction is provided, packages will be shipped via the Company’s default air freight service.
A full refund will be issued only if the Company is at fault.
If the Company is unable to fulfill its service obligations, payment will be canceled or refunded.
All rates are billed per package.
Rates may be rounded up (rates for items less than a lb will be rounded up and charges accordingly).
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Package weight is calculated within a weight range system.
Packages valued at $100 USD or more may incur customs duty charges in accordance with Jamaican customs regulations.
Packages are processed on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis.
Customers with multiple packages must collect:
The earliest package that arrived on their account, or
All packages associated with their account
if they have shipments that have arrived over multiple flight days.
